LASR Weapons Policy

The Policy - The Legal Language

LASRApp.com is a property of Quinfecta Venture, a Texas Limited Liability Company dba LASR Team. We do not sell weapons.

This includes but may not be limited to the following:

  • Firearms (as defined by The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF))

  • Knives

  • Tasers

  • Ammunition

You may see us sponsor or promote a giveaway being executed and fulfilled by a 3rd party which may include a weapon (as defined above), but at no time will any of these products or items be available by direct sale or distribution from LASR Team.

LASR Team does not have a federal firearm license (FFL) from the ATF. It thus is not authorized to sell, receive, transfer, or ship firearms to businesses, organizations, non-profits, military personnel, or private citizens. Therefore, when we sponsor or promote a giveaway, a 3rd party that is properly licensed will manage the transaction and fulfillment of any of the above items.

Occasionally LASR Team, its employees, contractors, or affiliates may refer to firearms, ammunition, or other dangerous or combustible regulated items to inform and educate readers, customers, or other users, but in no way does LASR Team sell or participate in any sales or transfer of these items.

Please contact local legal representation for additional information about the purchase, sale, or transfer of firearms or other weapons.

Why This Policy?

As a company, we believe in and support American citizens in their right to defend themselves and their loved ones from the various threats surrounding us. However, to continue our efforts, including what we currently or may write, develop, post, upload, video channels, software we develop, sell on our online store, and much more, we must be profitable enough to pay our employees and cover our expenses. As a result, we have found significant challenges when selling any of the above items.

When a company sells these products, restrictions with advertising platforms, merchant services, banks, and other necessary business systems, our current business model will become impossible to operate at profitability should we fully abandon all those services that have those prohibitions. Often these restrictions do not exist purely for political reasons but financially. For example, the merchant providers we work with to accept credit card payments must maintain liability coverage to operate their business at a level of profitability. That liability coverage prevents them from processing weapons transactions, as stated above.

We regret this to be the case and hope that our business will change one day in the future so that we can alter this policy. Thank you for understanding.
