30 Day Money-Back Guarantee - From Date of Delivery

For software that we make:  Including the LASR software, Plugins, and Extensions, we offer FREE support for the lifetime of the products in the rare cases it is needed. Of course, our standard 30-day policy also applies to returns of these items.

You can cancel a subscription anytime. No charges, no tricks. Just log in to LASR X, open the settings menu, and tap on manage account. 

For hardware that we make:  Such as the LASR Advanced Camera, we offer a one-year warranty with full replacement and FREE support for the lifetime of the products. Of course, our standard 30-day policy also applies to returns on these items.

For hardware that we retail:  Such as SIRT pistols, we offer our standard 30-day return/replacement policy. However, suppose it has been more than 30 days since the delivery of third-party items. In that case, you will want to utilize the manufacturer’s warranty for repair/replacement.

These policies do not cover unsupported usage, intentional damage, gross negligence or abuse, catastrophic events (i.e., fires, flooding, car accidents), or lost/stolen items. In addition, these policies only apply to the items directly, not any other property damage, personal injury, or other secondary expenses or losses.

When will my order ship? / How is the software delivered?

Software: The products will typically be sent to your email within 15 minutes. If you do not see them, please check your spam or bulk folders to make sure your order email was correct. Please contact us if you still don’t see your software products or your order email was incorrect.

Suppose your software was not denoted with “Delivery Method: Email”. In that case, it will be shipped to you with the rest of your order (such as the Advanced Camera Extension, which is useless without the LASR Advanced Camera). 

Hardware: The package will normally be shipped the same business day if placed before noon CST or the next business day if ordered afternoon. You will receive a notification from our online shop when the order has shipped with your tracking number.

Please note that the carrier does not pick up some shipments until the next business day after submitting shipping information. For example, this is generally the case with USPS.

There are some rare exceptions to this, such as during unusually heavy order periods or when we are out-of-office, when shipments may be delayed a day or two. 

Orders that utilize “Free Shipping” will be shipped by whatever means is most affordable for us. Most often, this is USPS Priority, but occasionally it will be UPS Ground. Either way, you will still be issued a tracking number.

Returns & Replacements

Example: If your item breaks during or shortly after shipping or we send you the wrong item.

A pre-paid return shipping label is offered upon request for domestic addresses. Please note that we reserve the right to wait until we receive the returned item before dispatching the replacement item. Shipping for the replacement item is at no charge to the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Example: Items were as listed, but you changed your mind, aren’t happy with your item, or didn’t read product descriptions.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges (if there were any) cannot be refunded. Software returns will require your cooperation to ensure the software has been completely removed from your machine. No refund is issued unless and until all items have been returned to us. 

Items that are damaged, missing components or packaging, or otherwise cannot be resold at full price may incur a restocking fee. In addition, special return circumstances (such as a customer abusing our return policy) may also incur restocking fees.

Returns & Exchanges

Example: You decide you want something different.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned item is received, we will issue credit for the full purchase price of the returned item. Original shipping charges (if there were any) cannot be refunded.

International Orders

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer in all cases. Original shipping charges are not refunded in any case. International shipping is available for all products, and the normal email delivery will be used for software products.

International shipments of hardware may require up to five extra business days of processing before being sent out. You will receive a tracking/customs number with your order. Depending on where the package is being shipped, this number may give you tracking information. Even if it doesn’t, we recommend you hold onto it just in case something goes wrong with your shipment.

We do not provide any estimates or guarantees on the length of shipping times for international orders. This is completely beyond our control. Expect anything from a few days to a few months, depending on your destination.

IMPORTANT

For any international orders containing hardware, the customer’s responsibility is to ensure that the products ordered are permissible through their country’s shipping, import/export, customs, and other regulations or laws.

  • If the package is returned to us, we will refund the contents of the package, minus shipping expenses.

  • If the package is lost completely, we assume NO liability.

  • Any second attempt to send international orders that have been returned to us is at the customer’s expense.

  • In case of a return or exchange within our 30-day policy, we do not cover return shipping for international orders.

  • Some manufacturer warranties may not apply to products in your area. Check with the hardware manufacturer’s warranty for more information.

  • We do not provide support in any language other than English.

 

 

Relevant things you may need to know

All laser training devices are labeled as “Laser Pointer” on customs forms. Other items have similarly generic names such as “Metal Shim” (Laser Ammo adapters), “Plastic weight” (SIRT spare magazines), “Cardboard Cutout” (Targets). You get the idea. 

SIRT Pistol lasers are Class IIIa; Laser Ammo is Class 3R.

LASR is not ITAR controlled. Therefore, we are not sure about any hardware products.

Customs forms only show the contents of the package, not the order’s contents, so software is not reported on customs forms. In addition, we do not alter the value of products listed on shipping labels.

We do not have any specific information about any particular destinations.
